Our Classes
There is a great deal of research on the cognitive, social, physical and behavioral benefits of experiential learning that happens. In addition to improving students’ overall health, playing and learning in natural landscapes has been shown to improve, balance, and coordination, boost
students’ mood, reduce behavioral issues and generate more creativity in their work. Students who have participated in outdoor learning develop an increased ability to think both creatively and critically, and demonstrate improved performance on standardized tests. (Lieberman and Hoody, 1998)
Goals and Objectives:
- to meet the current curriculum though an environmental lens using the world around us as our classroom.
- to encourage physical literacy and increase the physical activity of our students.
- to encourage environmental stewardship.
- to create a learning environment that better supports the four
dimensions of health (mental, physical, emotional and social) allowing students to connect to each other and the natural world in a caring and responsible manner.
Teaching Program and Resourcing
The school has a broad teaching program that includes 13 courses. 54% of the coursework offered by the school had less than 10 students that helps a better learning.
How many students graduate and attend college?
Our classrooms have a maximum capacity of 10 students. Our last grade, high school grade (12 grade). 90% of our student continues their study at college like PUCMM, Utesa in our country.
In this year, we will implement a new way to motivate our student. We invite them to the most prestigious university in the country, PUCMM, where they see medical fair, robotics and literature fairs and thus they are motivated to continue their studies in the area that they like the most.
How many hours of English per week? Does this include reading and writing? How many hours of studying and homework for all subjects including English.
We offer 10-15 hour of English per week. Also, our English events, science fair, book fair and sports.
Why should I send my sister to your school instead of another school? Or What doesn’t your school offer that other do not.
We make the difference. We are not just another school, we are a school that teaches values such as honesty, responsibility. We create human beings for the world of tomorrow, that is why we offer a wide educational program such as science, robotics, music and events.
